These terms cover your use of shorttstack.com. Work I do for a business is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins if the two ever disagree.

This website

The content here describes what Shortt Stack does. It is general information, not a quote or an offer. Prices and what's included are agreed in writing for each business.

Draft websites

Pages under shorttstack.com/demo/ are proposal drafts built to show a specific business what its site could look like. They are not that business's live website and are not endorsed by it unless it becomes a client. Text and photos in a draft come from the business's own public website and listings, and belong to that business.

Names and marks

"Shortt Stack" and the stacked-boards logo identify this business. Other business names, logos and photos shown in drafts belong to their owners.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate, but I can't promise it is always complete or available.
